**SEO Manager**

As the SEO Manager for our E-commerce business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the online visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic of our website. You will work closely with the marketing team, content creators, web developers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive organic growth and enhance our digital presence in search engines. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing search engine algorithms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with overall business goals.

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for targeting relevant search terms.

Analyse competitor SEO strategies and stay updated with industry trends.

**On-Page Optimization**:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve search engine visibility.

Ensure website structure, URLs, H1 & H2 Tags, Alt Tags, Meta Title, Description, Anchor Text, Redirect Protocols, Canonical URL, XML Sitemaps and navigation are optimized for search engines and user experience.

Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly and engaging content.

**Technical SEO**:
Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues that could impact search performance.

Optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability to enhance user experience and search rankings.

Implement structured data markup to enhance search engine understanding of website content.

**Off-Page Optimization**:
Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites and make sure their DA and PA are Relevantly high. Work on Competitor backlinks, Articles, Blogs, Whitepapers in collaboration with Content Writer team.

Monitor and manage the backlink profile to ensure quality and relevance.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Perform keyword research based on persona, semantic, micro-moments, competitors, and trends.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends) (e.g., Google My Business, GA4, Search Console, SEO platforms).
- Analyze key SEO metrics such as domain authority, organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and conversion rates along with Organic Revenue.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to implement SEO recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing initiatives.

**Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends**:

- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Adjust SEO strategies accordingly to maintain and improve search rankings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in an E-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms Specially Magento 2.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.


**Salary**: AED2,670.46 - AED7,721.96 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
