We are looking for freshers/ entry level to work for a renowned digital marketing agnecy - Nexa.
Nexa is a 360 digital agency offering end-to-end solution to it's clients. As a recruitment and HR intern you will be responsible for supporting various activities of the HR function with major focus on recruitment.
You are someone who has gained knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process through previous internships or roles. You are confident, proactive and an enthiusiastic person.
You will report to the Head of People Operations and will have the opportunity to gain in depth experience in HR activities and processes.
You must be**:
- Available for a full-time on-site internship (9am - 6pm)**
**- You must be on sponsored visa**
**This internship comes with the potential of turning into a full-time role at Nexa.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Support entire hiring process end-to-end which involves understanding staffing needs, formulating job descriptions, posting job ads, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating salaries and preparing contracts
- Maintain internal database for recruitment activities and new hire information
- Support all onboarding activities - develop training and induction decks, coordinate with various teams for induction meetings, deliver HR induction
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Support with all staff related admin tasks
- Conduct new joiner trainings
- Support payroll tasks like updating databases, distributing salaries and pay slips as required
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in recruitment through previous internships
- Hands-on experience using job sites like - LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
- The ability to evaluate recruiting software packages and to recommend those which are best suited to the company
- Team spirit
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
**Qualifications**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet goals and deadlines under pressure
- Can work in high-paced startup environment
- Proficient in relevant social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Linkedin
- Proficient analytical and reporting skills that allow you to understand and interpret data
- Understands the importance of data-driven marketing to propose new ideas
- A well-rounded individual with the ability to excel in multiple fields
**Job Type**: Internship
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
