We are seeking a Recruitment Admin who is not only a master of administrative tasks but also a tech-savvy individual who can leverage AI tools and create engaging presentations that resonate with Gen Z.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the recruitment process: From posting job descriptions to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires, you'll be the driving force behind a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep meticulous records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team: Work closely with HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Research and implement new recruitment strategies and technologies, especially those relevant to Gen Z.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills: You're organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy: You're comfortable using AI tools and have a strong understanding of how technology can be used to improve recruitment processes.
- PowerPoint pro: You can create visually appealing and engaging presentations that capture the attention of Gen Z audiences.
- Excellent communication skills: You're a clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal.
- Passion for recruitment: You're passionate about finding the right talent and helping people find their dream jobs.
