**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all new employees have the necessary paperwork and training.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the HR Department's phone and answer all queries efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum Two Year Recruitment experience in Real estate industry in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Understanding of UAE Labour laws and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality.
- HR credentials form reliable companies is a plus
