**Status Holiday Homes** is looking to hire a Listing Coordinator with experience in Holiday Homes industry. We need a Listing Coordinator who is ready to join our growing team.

Full Job Description:

- Solely Managing Online Travel Agency Portals.
- **Pricing strategies**: setting competitive market rental rates and discounting rates as required to maximize rental occupancy.
- **1-2 years’ experience in a similar role on a Holiday Homes company.**:

- Desire to be a part of a growth story with one of the fastest growing companies in the sector.
- Extremely strong attention to detail.
- High responsiveness and reliability.
- Strong autonomy in planning and tasks execution (excellent time management skills).
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to change activity frequently and multitask.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Availability to work 6 days a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
