- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum - 2 years’ experience
- Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Assist in Administration activities of HR & Admin Department
- Assist in preparing the payroll of the company employees
- Coordinate with timekeepers / document controller for the timesheets
- Update the employee documents in ERP system
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist HR Officer in recruitment process
- Prepare the company letters
- Arrange the meetings
