**SUMMARY**

The Asset Management and Finance Support Manager should demonstrate a high degree of business acumen in making professional judgments and maintaining confidentiality. The role is responsible for the administration of the Oasis system for MEA projects and will support the Asset Management team and manage the relationship between the Asset Management Team and Owner Offices. Additionally, the role will support the Finance teams based in the Dubai office including the Accounting, Business Support, Entity, Tax, Compliance, Reporting and Internal Controls Teams as well as the wider Finance teams as necessary.

The role will have prior experience of working in a high-pressured environment and be able to demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills with particular attention to detail. The Asset Management and Finance Support Manager must have the ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and in an accurate and timely manner, often under demanding timescales and at short notice. The role is required to manage the workload and provide guidance whilst working and liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as with external stakeholder.

**Education and Experience**

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similarposition at this level.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, providing administrative, clerical and Project support to multiple departments.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
- Sensitive to the dynamicsof the regional cultures and experienced in dealing with internal and external contactsat all levels
- Abilityto maintain and treat highly confidential information with absolute discretion
- Very presentablewith an approachable yetconfident personality; demonstrates flexibility and has a positivecan-do attitude

**Education or Certification**:

- Must be fluent in English - both writtenand verbal - and experienced at communicating at all levels

CORE WORKACTIVITIES
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions criticalto the successful performanceof the position:
Asset Management
- Acts as Oasis administrator for MEA responsible for updating Oasis Approved Projects, Oasis announcements - Open & Deflag properties, Marsha codes/PIN numbers/Change name approvals/room counts change requests Extract Oasis report Open/Close/Termination when required.

Ensure that Owner contacts are added on the Oasis Database i.e. Asset Managers, Project Managers, DAM Primary for ease of reference of Asset Management Team, Global Design and Accounts Receivables to send invoices and follow-up payments
- Update Termination dates on Oasis to help assist Legal team with their yearend tracking and reference
- Organize Owner's meeting on behalf of the Asset Management team
- Organize ATO/DAM meetings and ensure agenda and key items list are obtained from Area DOF and shared with all the attendees.
- Expedite flow of work especially when sending Owners, a copy of the Authorization to Open letter and exhibits and initiate follow-up for signature and send back to our office for further action of the legal department.
- Ensure fully executed Authorization to Open letter are sent back to the hotel owners and filed with Legal and ensure it is uploaded on Law Manager
- Ensure that Meetings Minutes are being sent within a week to all attendees and action items are communicated and followed up
- Assists Asset Managers in updating fees on the tracking report and disseminate to the team (Global Design, Feasibility, Legal, Operations)
- Ensure that Key Money information are updated as per the key money agreement onto the Oasis database and ensure funding information are captured as per the agreement.
- Update DAM status on Oasis Database and ensure that the Global Design Project specialist is aware of the changes made to avoid turnover dates.
