We are looking for a competent **Administrative Executive** to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Managing the company’s supply of products and services.
- Strategizing to find cost-effective deals with suppliers.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Updating internal HR databases and Preparing HR documents
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Performing Daily Accounting Task, Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Handling Petty Cash, Credit Card Reconciliation and Daily Sales Monitoring
- Review and Examine contracts
- Keep stock of office and pantry supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agenda, appointments and meetings for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

**Requirements**:

- Preferrably FEMALE
- Proficiency in Tagalog and English language
- Able to handle pressure
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative, Assistant or in other secretarial position
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
