HR and Admin Officer

We are searching for a HR and Admin Officer to join our group and backing the everyday exercises of our Human Resources office.
HR and Admin Officer liabilities incorporate handling worker information, refreshing organization strategies. To be fruitful in this job, you ought to have strong hierarchical abilities and be comfortable with HR capacities. At last, you will ensure all HR activities run as expected.
**Responsibilities**
- Administer HR policies and procedures
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation
- Providing guidance to department head on performance management
- Implement and monitor performance management system
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
- Administer employee discipline processes
- Organize eventsr meetings ad exhibitions arrangements with the help of admin team
- Supervise and maintain the staff personal files filling system and employee database both soft and hard copy
- Supervises and controls the purchase of the needed fixed assets and office supplies
- Manage staff insurance by closely working with insurance company for any policy renewal complaint ,replacement and settlement.
- Check invoices LPO ,reimbursement, purchase of the office equipments office maintenance office supplies and any other invoices chargeable to the general services of the company
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and interfaces with departments and management.
- Monitor and coordinate with PROfor expiration and renewal and holds original copies of company's contracts such as rent contract confidentiality agreements joint venture agreements company licenses employment visas labor office and immigration issues etc.
- Prepare Gratuity and conduct exit interviews formalities
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 yrs experience in UAE in HR role
- BSc in Human Resources Management or important field
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in UAE labour law
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
