AL Bonanza Hypermarket LLC is looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai. As the HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing human resources functions and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. You will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Human Resources Management:Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Administrative Support:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company assets, licenses, and contracts.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expense reports, and financial documents.
- Employee Relations:Foster positive employee relations by promoting a culture of open communication, fairness, and respect.

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the resolution of employee conflicts or disciplinary issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws.
- HR Reporting and Analysis:Prepare HR reports and analysis on key metrics, such as employee turnover, headcount, training, and recruitment.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies to support business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling employee records and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
