We are currently seeking an HR/Admin Officer to join our team. The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Maintain employee records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and other HR-related documents.
- Manage the administration of payroll and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR/Admin role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
