**Position Overview**:
The Sales and Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the market presence of The Base Beverage LLC. This individual will focus on developing relationships within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sectors to promote the company’s premium premix dry powder blend beverages, including milkshake powder base, frappe powder base, cream latte powder base, and Raf powder base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the FMCG and HoReCa sectors.
- Identify and target key accounts within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and FMCG distributors.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
- **Business Development**:

- Build and nurture partnerships with key HoReCa and FMCG clients.
- Identify new opportunities to increase market share in the premix beverage industry.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with HoReCa operators and FMCG distributors.
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and drive product adoption.
- Provide training and product knowledge support to clients for seamless integration.
- **Market Penetration**:

- Leverage industry connections to expand the brand’s footprint in regional and international markets.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns specific to HoReCa and FMCG channels.
- **Reporting and Insights**:

- Monitor sales performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
- Gather market feedback to support product development and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven sales experience within FMCG and HoReCa markets.
- In-depth understanding of the premix beverage industry or similar products.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in FMCG and HoReCa sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
