WHAT'S THE ROLE?

KONE is offering a unique opportunity for fresh dynamic and energetic individuals to join us as Customer Service Administrator Graduate Trainees within the Customer Service & Administration team in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Dubai.

As a Graduate Trainee, you'll be provided with a learning program of blended modules we've designed to enhance your core and soft skills. In addition to on-the-job training, field visits, and mentoring, you will be also receiving soft skills training such as Communication Skills and presentation Skills.

This is an opportunity to kickstart your career and build and enhance relationship management skills while experiencing working life in a global multinational organization. You will be mentored and guided by industry experts who will help grow not just your administration skills but your confidence as a high-performing Customer Service Administrator.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

KONE’s Emirati Graduate program will give you responsibility from day one. You will be placed in one of KONE’s key departments, most relevant to your university degree and career aspirations, and will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by colleagues and business leaders in your field.

You will receive a structured and detailed onboarding plan to ensure that you are trained and upskilled with the most critical skills for your department. From there, you will receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to rotate through different job functions within your department to find the role best suited for you.
