Corporate (B2b) Business Development Manager

To achieve corporate monthly revenue targets across regions through a mix of managing accounts, corporate marketing activities and new corporate customer acquisitions.
- To research the training needs of the various companies and new markets for training requirements.
- Bring new processes to firm for its growth, using various marketing strategies and communication skills in order to brand the firm in the market and attract new organizations.
- Communicate our programs and services to prospective clients
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Present training products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Successful professionals will have opportunities for career upgrades to higher positions
**Additional Information**:
- 4 - 6 years of B2B Corporate Training Business Development Experience
- Preferrable in Education Industry
- Driving License would be bonus
- Fixed Salary with attracting variable incentives shall be provided
