Female Office Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining office efficiency by implementing office system layouts.
- Accountability for maintaining office filing and storage systems.
- Excellence in organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Office Management systems and procedures.
- Co-ordinating and maintaining relationship for bank for salary WPS.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Create effective channels of communication between employees and management.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Coordinate, create, and place content for the company's social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- At least one year of UAE experience in the HR/Admin Field is a must.
- Strong hold on English.
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of Canva.
