Manage customer accounts and provide excellent service.
Oversee account-related administrative tasks and ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep track of customer feedback and ensure the best possible experience.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle and resolve customer issues with professionalism and patience.
Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and account management.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
