**Role Description**:
SwipeTap is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager for a part-time hybrid role. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing our social media strategy. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on creating engaging video content, scripting impactful stories, and overseeing our social media channels to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with SwipeTap's brand goals.
- Craft engaging and creative video content for platforms like TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Write impactful and innovative scripts that captivate the audience and convey SwipeTap's unique value proposition.
- Manage and maintain our social media channels, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Work independently and remotely to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content strategy and writing skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
