**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Support administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain and update social media content calendars, ensuring all posts are planned and executed as per the schedule.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist with reporting and analyzing social media performance metrics.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content planning and publishing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g.,metrcicool, Hootsuite, Buffer, Iconosquare).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
