We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to administer the social media accounts of various clients. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and engaging with followers on behalf of our clients. You will manage each client’s online presence in a cohesive way to achieve their marketing goals.

As a Social Media Executive, you should be well-versed in the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to represent each client’s brand creatively and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
- Define the most important social media KPIs tailored to each client.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) for various clients.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design for each client (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Develop and manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities for different clients.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network for clients.
- Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide detailed reports to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency for each client.
- Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely manner and maintain excellent client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Hands-on experience in content management and social media management tools.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, New Media, or a related field is preferred.
