**Operations and Customer Service Executive**
**Aufgaben**
In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our import operations in the UAE and GCC region, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service. Your daily mission will include:
- **Driving shipment success**: Oversee Air, LCL, FCL, and ISO Tank movements, managing each step of the journey with precision and care.
- ** Keeping clients informed**: Provide proactive updates, track and trace shipments, and send timely Pre-Alerts that keep our clients confident and informed.
- ** Streamlining operations**: Work within our Transport Management Systems (TMFF for Airfreight, ABS for Sea Freight) to ensure cost efficiency and operational accuracy.
- ** Delivering excellence**: Share clear and prompt Arrival Notices, and coordinate with partners and shipping lines for on-time cargo release.
- ** Solving challenges**: Actively support clients in avoiding additional costs, such as demurrage or storage fees, by anticipating and addressing potential disruptions.
- ** Building relationships**: Foster outstanding customer service with a “customer-first” mindset, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
**Profil**
- You bring **3-5 years of experience** in freight forwarding, specializing in operations or customer service.
- Communication is your strength, and you excel in **both written and spoken English**.
- You know the ins and outs of **UAE import processes** and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
- You have a **keen eye for detail** and excellent **mathematical skills** that make solving problems second nature.
- You are **customer-focused** and thrive on building relationships, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations.
