- we are looking for a_ Channel Development Manager (Based in Kuwait) _who will be Driving_ and improving vendor sales whilst meeting the vendor and company objectives and targets. You will micro manage all layers of the sales channel and improving product depth and market share for all tiers. you will focus on maintaining current business relationships, improve inactive accounts and create new business opportunities. you will be aware of all project bids and target Ingram Micro involvement in them._
- What will you do?_- Channel Business Planning, Demand Generation, Revenue attainment, Channel Development_- Work with named key enterprise channel partners in Kuwait to achieve the following:_- Define GTM and marketing plan to achieve number plan._- Get senior management / stakeholder buy-in for plan._- Secure reseller commitment for plan._- Maintain and grow relationships with resellers._- Identify regional resellers associated with the Channel and develop Ingram Micro customer base._- Regular customer visits and meeting updates to the Country head_- Regularly meet with TOP customers/ partners in assigned region to strengthen relations and identify areas of growth and articulate (SMART) action plans._- Evaluating and forecasting quarterly performance of resellers based on their current market position and their skills._- Regular updates manager on results, concerns and opportunities._- Working with Country head to set expected business forecasts per customer for the region._- Assisting the sales and product team to follow up on sales pipeline with resellers._- Helping to identify the right contact persons within each reseller for the various product-lines._
- Which Talent do you bring?_- You are graduated with 5+ years of experience in Channel management._- You have experience in selling IT products._- Distribution background is a plus._- You are enthusiastic and driven by results with a strong will to succeed._- You are a self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player._- You are a strong ‘customer-first’ mentality able to utilize your relationships to drive results._
