**Job Title**:Human Resources Executive** -** Hotel Industry experience required**

**Job Overview**: As a Human Resources Executive, you will be a vital contributor to our HR functions, focusing on supporting and enhancing the workplace environment. This role is specifically designed for individuals based in Abu Dhabi, and it involves managing HR processes, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Oversee the recruitment process, tailoring it to attract top talent within Abu Dhabi.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring local compliance and seamless integration.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a local point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive work culture.
- Address and resolve conflicts in adherence to Abu Dhabi labor regulations.
- **Performance Management**:

- Implement performance appraisal processes, aligning with local expectations.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans within the Abu Dhabi context.
- **HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Ensure strict compliance with Abu Dhabi labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify local training needs and coordinate development programs relevant to the Abu Dhabi workforce.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions catering to the local employee landscape.
- **Benefits Administration**:

- Manage employee benefits programs, understanding and aligning with Abu Dhabi-specific regulations.
- Communicate benefits information to employees, providing support during the enrollment process.
- **HR Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with Abu Dhabi guidelines.
- Generate HR reports specific to Abu Dhabi for management as needed.
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored to the Abu Dhabi workforce.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions focused on enhancing the local employee experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive with a focus on Abu Dhabi employment practices.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
