The Regional Sales Manager (M/F/d) for Southeast Asia should be based in the company's Regional HQ in Bahrain or operate remotely from Singapore or Indonesia. The Regional Sales Manager (M/F/d) will be in charge of exploring market openings, defining distribution channels and structures. The position holder will be responsible for evaluating, acquiring, and negotiating with potential partners from any field (e.g. residential, commercial and industrial). Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager (M/F/d) will oversee and extend existing client relationships and coordinate all promotional activities.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Identify market opportunities and explore distribution channels in Southeast Asia
- Build, maintain and leverage networks and relationships to gain insight into customer needs and priorities
- Integrate, synthesize, and harness knowledge from established relationships to develop a deep understanding of the requirements of customers in each country of the defined region
- Conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards
- Create and foster a culture that is collaborative and customer centric, to ensure solutions are designed to continuously enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Support new promotional programs and provide sales training in the region
- Define product specifications and business plan to support new product development proposals
- Ensure that the sales goals and forecasts for the region are consistent with the organization’s long-range strategic objectives
- Lead business analysis to identify and recommend strategic opportunities to maximize growth
- Reporting to the Director of Sales MEA & APAC

**To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences**:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred
- At least 5 - 7 years of sales and marketing experience in an international company in Southeast Asia is a prerequisite
- International trade as well as international logistics experience required
- Working knowledge of OEM/Dealer distribution network is a must
- Understanding of Asian and European cultures
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial and strategic problem-solver personality
- Excellent time management skills combined with a self-starter mentality
- Willing to travel intensively
