Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients. This role involves answering customer inquiries, handling complaints, processing product orders, and providing product/service information to customers in a timely, efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services to customers
- Managing and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Following up with customers to confirm orders or update them on their order status
- Maintaining accurate customer records, including order history and communication logs
- Escalating complicated or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service procedures and suggesting solutions to management
- Achieving and maintaining customer service targets and goals
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in the retail, e-commerce industry for Foods and Beverages
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems and ERP ( Microsoft, Oracle or SAP )
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle sensitive and complicated customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve customer issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
Working Conditions:
This role may be based in an office or remote environment, depending on company policy. The Customer Service Representative may be required to work evenings or weekends to ensure adequate coverage for customer inquiries and order processing.
**Salary**: Between AED 7000 to 8,000 Gross plus Medical and all other benefits as per UAE labor laws.
