**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain HR records, such as employee files and HRIS data.
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:Coordinate job postings on various platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
**Documentation and Compliance**:Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Employee Relations**:Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Address basic employee queries and escalate as necessary.
**Benefits Administration**:Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Support employees with benefit-related inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Basic understanding of human resources functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,999.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
