HR Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support in various HR functions, contributing to the efficient operation of our HR department and the overall success of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities, including paperwork and employee orientation materials.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process employee paperwork, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as memos, announcements, and policy updates.
- Assist in organizing employee events, training sessions, and company meetings.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or assistance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR assistant role or similar administrative position is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
