**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Sustain a data-based understanding of performance and KPIs and develop actions to unlock growth opportunities and mitigate risks at the MET PC level.
- Support in delivering market share ambition through data-based insights.
- Fully own and drive in-year BU P&L performance.
- Achieve Right Pricing and Place through detailed analysis of SPI and TDP and the development of the right actions.
- Translate BG ambitions into a localized BU strategy.
- Define and implement local portfolio strategies, nurturing local jewels and brand activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to crack the Unilever premiumization model with a solid building block.
- Lead Category NRM Deep Dives, utilizing the 5 Levers of NRM to come up with value-creating initiatives.
- Lead NRM tool development/implementation along with global teams.
- Lead NRM trainings to build the teams’ capabilities.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG or data analytics, FMCG consulting, or trade category management.
- Sufficient knowledge and hands-on experience in Nielsen data, sales data, and financials.
- Deep understanding and experience of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
- Experience in interpreting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest developments and advancements in data analysis methodologies and tools.

**Skills**
- Logical and systematic thinking with strong analytical power and data sensitivity.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel and Power BI.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
