Property Finder is the leading digital real estate platform in the Middle East and North Africa region. A UAE-born startup, Property Finder expanded its operations to Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt over the years. Recently, it acquired a significant stake in Zingat in Turkey. The company is one of the largest technology start-ups in the region and on a journey to becoming a Unicorn. We are aspiring to create a lighthouse technology company which will have a lasting impact in the entire tech ecosystem in our geography.

**Commercial Strategy Internship**:

- Assisting Group Commercial Strategy team with the documentation and development of business processes and procedure
- Driving reporting and analytics processes as an individual contributor to help the business with insights
- Building reports to understand the efficiency of the actions being taken across the sales team to improve performance
- Partner with the Commercial Strategy and Sales Ops team on managing changes around new initiatives, systems changes and marketing campaigns with B2B Marketing teams to enhance new business acquisition
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data to identify and uncover trends within the organization
- Compile data used by sales team management to create actionable insights that are presented to sales leadership
- Roadmapping projects from planning to delivery (multi-stage delivery)
- Assisting on various ad-hoc and planned projects requiring research, user insight, and analysis

**Requirements for the role**:

- Preferred majors: Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or other related major
- Experience with data querying and automation languages such as (Python, SQL, SOQL) would be preferable
- Highly Analytical. Able to convert abstract concepts into viable sales tools
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
