**Business Dev. Executive**
**Purpose and Scope** The business development executive is responsible for achieving sales goals of Nuummite consulting, both on short and long terms, develop business prospects in existing and new markets, this employee is responsible for driving forward the sales for the company, actively initiating new business deals, developing prospects into deals and growing the company sales.
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients. - Identifies business opportunities and prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options. - Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. - Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-ofthe-art practices; participating in professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- **Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration. - Excellent command of English, reading, writing and speaking, knowledge of third language is a plus. - (2-4) years of related experience in sales/ business development in the proposed work location with progressive experience. - Technology and management savvy. - Excellent interpersonal, social and networking skills. - Flexible and adaptable with ability to learn quickly. - Presentation skills - Ability to build relationships and establish rapport, network with people constantly - Positive attitude, enthusiastic and result driven individual. - Attention to details with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - A valid UAE Driving license. - Ability to travel when needed.
