**Job description**
- PROJECT COORDINATOR
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of exhibit and graphic elements. between client, consultants
- and design team.
- Work directly with exhibit designers and graphic designers to determine placement of exhibit
- elements as required
- Monitor contract deliverables related to script, images and illustrations from clients or
- consultants and notify project managers of status.
- Attend regular project meetings with the Head of Production.
- Work with the design team to check the number floor plans and elevations.
- Coordinate schedules into package deliverables and assist in reviewing all deliverables for
- errors and consistency.
- Assist project team with meeting coordination and project deliverable coordination during the
- Construction Administration (CA) phase, manage all samples, graphic proofs, and shop
- drawings (log, distribute, duplicate and return as needed)
- Communicate regularly with the client regarding project deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist with final internal design package coordination.
- Monitoring project staff and their work schedules.
- Up to date the status of staff's where in & out for projects.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for
- each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

- Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in exhibition, events and fit-out industry.
- Ambitious, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, well-organised and dependable.
- can be relied on to uphold responsibilities assigned.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or project management qualifications are desirable.
- Preferably with experience on being part of the implementation and delivery of projects
- (on time, on budget).
- Attention to detail, with the ability to understand concepts and situations within the project
- delivery cycle to guarantee its success.
- Precise written and verbal communication skills in English, with great interpersonal skills.
- Strong cross-team/group/organisation collaboration skills. Liaising at all levels of
- management, both internally and externally.
- Enjoys using technology to increase productivity and is always looking for ways to optimise
- workflows and processes.
- with a UAE Driving License.
Ability to commute/relocate:
