**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
- **Resource Coordination**: Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to procure necessary resources and ensure timely delivery.
- **Communication**: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and externally. Distribute project information, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders and team members as needed.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files. Organize and archive documents in accordance with project requirements and organizational standards.
- **Task Tracking**: Track project tasks and milestones to monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays. Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project objectives are met.
- **Quality Assurance**: Support quality assurance efforts by facilitating reviews, inspections, and testing activities as required. Assist in the resolution of quality-related issues and discrepancies to maintain project quality standards.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and client meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and document meeting outcomes and action items.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure they align with approved project plans. Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile financial records in coordination with the finance department.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize project delivery. Share feedback and lessons learned to support ongoing improvement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 05 Years of GCC Construction Experience is a Must
- 03 Year of High-Rise Experience is Required
