We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our medical center's customer service team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, and for assisting them with their medical needs. You will be the first point of contact for patients, and will play a crucial role in ensuring that their experience with our medical center is positive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls from patients and their families, and providing them with accurate and timely information about the medical center's services, procedures, and policies.
- Scheduling appointments for patients, and ensuring that they are properly registered in the system.
- Handling patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and escalating issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner, and providing follow-up information as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and transactions, and ensuring that all data is entered into the system correctly.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Keeping up-to-date with the medical center's services, policies, and procedures, and communicating any changes to patients and their families as needed.
- Providing support to other departments as needed, such as billing and insurance verification.

- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer systems, including electronic medical records and appointment scheduling systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices and regulations
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Fluency in English is required, Fluency in Arabic language skills are a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
