Accountant/administrative Assistant

1. *Office and Procurement Management:*
- Oversee daily office operations and manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory.
- Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules, and quality.
2. *Administrative and Financial Support:*
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, memos, and documents.
- Handle bookkeeping responsibilities, manage petty cash, prepare invoices, and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
3. *Communication and Supplier Relations:*
- Coordinate internal and external communication, including answering calls and directing inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
4. *Document and Purchase Order Management:*
- Develop and maintain filing systems and company documents.
- Raise and process purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and forecast demand.
5. *Quality Control and Compliance:*
- Ensure the quality of materials purchased and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track supplier performance and manage risks associated with procurement activities.
6. *Human Resources and Supply Chain Coordination:*
- Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and support in payroll processing.
- Liaise with internal departments and suppliers for smooth supply chain operations.
7. *Customer Service and Market Analysis:*
- Act as a point of contact for clients and visitors, providing top-notch service.
- Stay informed about market trends that could impact supply chain and office management.
