Administrative & Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Liaise with executive and senior administration to handle requests and queries.
- Provide general admin support.
- Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments
- Preparation of Invoices and debit notes.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journal.
- Managing petty cash transactions.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Reconciling Bank accounts and direct debits.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Bachelors Degree.
