Establish and develop organizational position job descriptions by conducting job analyses through meetings with different stakeholders.
- Establish and develop HR related policies and procedures by communicating with different stakeholders of the organization including but not limited to line manager(s) and top management to ensure that business objectives have been successfully met in line with the territory applicable laws aiming at achieving the overall organizational strategy.
- Oversee Labour dispute related cases by communicating with the Paralegal incumbent and the lawyer(s) to ensure that the case inputs have been duly incorporated in the respective case memos.
- Oversee the Paralegal incumbent Labour disputes related activities by ensuring that court related matters have been followed up on with the concerned person/authority.
- Perform all related HR operations required on a daily basis by working closely with the line manager(s), top management, and the HR Manager.
- Ensure that employee performance under probationary period is up to the required standards set by the respective department during their probationary period by being connected with the line manager(s) to closely obtain performance feedback on a regular basis and place the underperforming employees on a PSP (Performance Improvement Plan).
- Ensure that employees under probation period who have successfully met the desired performance standards are confirmed by sending them probationary period confirmation letters.
- Monitor closely confirmed employee performance by obtaining continuous feedback from the respective line manager(s) through evaluating their sales target achievement, the behavioral skills and placing underperforming employees on a PSP (Performance Success Plan).
- Evaluate and implement employee salary increment by communicating with the concerned line manager(s) and the Talent and Rewards Manager to ensure that the employee increment has been granted in line with the organizational benefit and job grading structure.
- Ensure that the organization is adhering to the latest UAE labour law related resolutions by constantly being updated with labour law circulars and ministerial degrees.
- Carry out employee related investigations by meeting with the concerned parties including line manager(s), employee(s) in question, the company’s lawyer, and witness(es) to ensure that disciplinary action(s) related decisions have been enforced in a fair and transparent manner.
- Conduct employee grievance related meetings by interviewing different stakeholders to ensure that employee grievances are addressed in a fair and professional manner.
- Ensure that employee retention process has been duly carried out by communicating with the respective line manager(s) and the departing employee(s) to either seek a different reporting placement, if required or proceed with the employee exit in event of inability to proceed with the retention due to employee securing a better prospect or employee not exceeding expectations to retain.
- Foster the implementation of employee well-being by ensuring that employee engagement related activities are duly performed/implemented by acting as an employee champion and an advocate to different stakeholders thorough building and enforcing a strong relationship with key stakeholders which includes adopting an open-door policy to hear back employee concerns and conducting regular staff field visits.
- Update and develop HR MIS related reports including but not limited to, employee termination, resignation, PSP, disciplinary actions, new joiners, EOS (End of Service Gratuity), and medical professional authority licenses issued.
- Conduct employee and key stakeholder’s, such as line manager(s), external business partners, and top management, HR related processes awareness sessions by constantly reviewing current HR practices vs up to date practices to ensure the implementation of best practices.
- Administer Pharmalink and Medicina employee induction by ensuring that sessions are scheduled on time and all the new joiners have successfully oriented.
- Conduct a periodic audit on non-HR related operations/processes that may have an impact on the HR processes by being always connected with key stakeholders such as line manager(s), top management, and the HR manager to ensure that the overall organizational processes are revamped when warranted.
- Oversee all the HR related processes of Medicina group employees by constantly reviewing HR reports, supervising the HRBP, addressing daily HR operations related challenges, and revamping processes if need be.
- Ensure that the PRO related processes are carried out smoothly and well on time, including but not limited to employee visa related transactions and medical professional licensing by ensuring that processes are documented and the required MIS reports are in place.
