**Enterprise Operations Manager.**

**Details**:
Royal Smart Limousine is seeking a highly motivated and talented Enterprise Operations Manager in the transportation industry, your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our transportation services while adhering to industry regulations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working within a company of approximately 1000 plus employees, your duties will encompass a wide range of operational management tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operations Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on enhancing efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction within the transportation operations.
- Fleet and Resource Management: Oversee the management of the transportation fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and drivers. Allocate resources effectively to meet customer demands while optimizing costs and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes, procedures, and workflows to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve overall performance. Implement industry best practices and innovative technologies where applicable.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and present findings to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of transportation personnel, including drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff. Recruit, train, and develop talent, foster a positive work culture, and ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
- Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to understand customer requirements, address service issues, and provide efficient transportation solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Technology Integration: Stay abreast of technological advancements in the transportation industry and identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and cost reduction. Collaborate with IT teams to implement relevant software systems and tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
- Significant experience in operations management within the transportation or logistics industry, including a track record of successfully managing large-scale operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement process improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including the ability to handle unexpected challenges and changing business needs.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
