Chaumet is looking for a **Marketing & CRM Executive (M/W)**. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Middle East, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Chaumet, by being responsible for Chaumet’s Customer Relationship Management in order to build customer satisfaction, loyalty and participate in offering the best experience for the clients.
**MISSIONS**
**Plan and implement CRM & retail marketing action plan to achieve business goals and manage budget allocation.**
- Development and implementation of customer relationship management expansion and retention strategies
- Plan, formulate and implement CRM and retail marketing events to drive traffic and sales
- Involvement in customer-oriented actions such as marketing campaigns, product launches in the markets, events and customer treatment coordination.
- Set annual KPIs to boutiques to maximize ROI and response rates e.g. customer contactability rate etc.
**Coordinate from a business perspective all client activations (in-store moments, collection previews and presentations ), partnering with multiple stakeholders.**
- Equip the Sales team with tools to seize new marketing opportunities in the market.
- Support in event planning and execution which includes supplier coordination, support on the day of the event, etc. Admin support with management of invoices, PO, quotations. Prepare event wrap up report following event completion.
- Competitor research. Propose activations for local relevancy.
**Analyze qualitative and quantitative data customer profiles, segments etc. and transform data into actionable insights to recommend strategic and tactical business decisions.**
- Monitor campaign effectiveness with KPI setting, on-going evaluation and improvement recommendation. Prepare monthly reports to assess KPIs achievement and ROI.
- Improve customer data accuracy & quality through close follow up with boutiques and screening of clientele database. Implement database cleaning if necessary.
- Provide system (Qlikview) training and support for relevant parties including HQ and regions.
- Support the CRM architecture system set up with master database and clienteling tool.
**Profile**:
- Master degree in Business/Marketing fields
- HTML exposure is desirable
- Fluency in English language
- Arabic is a plus
- 3-4 years of working experience in CRM or Marketing position
- Organizational skills that will help to juggle competing demands between marketing, sales, customers, and management
- Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports and work with large data sets
- Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
- Commercial awareness to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
