**What the job does**:
Charlotte Tilbury understands the power of makeup like no-one else. With over 25 years at the forefront of the makeup industry working with the world’s A-list models, celebrities and designers, Charlotte has poured her best-kept secrets into an edited but ‘all you need’ skincare, make-up and fragrance collection.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting to develop and deliver best in class digital marketing campaigns. In line with company objectives, you will support the continued Middle East DTC growth plans for the Charlotte Tilbury brand across all channels, increasing online share of voice, expanding brand category presence and driving performance. You will act as the “in-the-air” brand guardian for the region.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Campaign Management and Planning: Implement the digital marketing calendar in line with New Product Launches and regional focuses, assisting with the planning and implementing of NPD campaigns. Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver highly innovative, engaging and integrated campaigns, activations and plans that perform.
- Coordinating with the Creative Agency to ensure all Middle East DTC assets (including all copy) are briefed and created in line with local CPA requirements.
- Execute Charlotte Tilbury Middle East’s digital marketing plans to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Own the creative Trello briefs for the Middle East ensuring all assets are briefed in a timely manner and delivered on time
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support in the development of CRM campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales.
- Develop and hyperlocalise all ATV driving campaigns across the Middle East digital calendar.
- Responsible for working with our key retail partner to ensure all campaigns are meeting KPI’s.
- Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key internal and external stakeholders including Marketing, Social, PR, Commercial, Education, Retail & external key retail partner.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continually improve digital marketing strategies.
- Lead on all DTC competitor analysis for the region

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Arabic and English written & verbal skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM marketing, and paid advertising.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- Pro-active and able to work off your own initiative.
- Able to influence and communicate your own point of view
- Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment.
- Methodical, logical, organised and calm under pressure
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Works effectively and pro-actively in a team
- A demonstrable interest in working within beauty is preferred

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience in content editing tools such as Adobe creative suite
- Experience in using Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or any ECommerce tools
