**Front Office Administrator**

The Front Office Administrator plays a central role in managing reception operations and providing vital administrative support to Facilities Management. This position involves coordinating various tasks such as correspondence management, meeting and event coordination, courier services, safety compliance, documentation, and project audit assistance.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
**Reception and Communication Management**:

- Greet visitors, issue badges, and manage entry logs.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, addressing inquiries and requests.

**Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and assist with event planning.
- Manage room reservations and coordinate changes as needed.

**Courier and Delivery Services**:

- Log incoming and outgoing couriers and coordinate deliveries.
- Manage internal delivery requests efficiently.

**Safety, Compliance, and Documentation**:

- Conduct safety inductions for visitors and provide necessary equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with internal and external inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of reception activities, deliveries, and Facilities record management.

**Facilities Projects and Audits Support**:

- Assist in coordinating Facilities projects and audits.
- Track schedules and maintain records to ensure smooth project implementation.

**For this Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
