Position Summary
The role holds significant importance and it is one of the most critical roles, particularly as OPCO Co-Marketing emerges as the top priority for Mobile Experience business.
Operators Marketing presents a fresh avenue to enhance marketing budget optimization, aiming to amplify coverage and conversion rates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Spearheading and executing impactful flagship product launches and seasonal partner campaigns in collaboration with Telecom Operator partners across GCC.
- Generating and furnishing campaign materials (such as creatives, assets, guidelines, and visuals) to partners for both ATL and BTL communications.
- Ensuring prompt and impeccable development of all partner-driven communications, spanning from advertisements to the Partner’s marketing channels, both in-store and online.
- Strengthening co-marketing strategies with partners to ensure their efficient implementation, leading to heightened product awareness, increased sales, and achievement of key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborating closely with Sales teams to grasp business opportunities and challenges that shape our marketing and communication strategies.
- Establishing robust tracking mechanisms to gauge campaign performance, and meticulously documenting partners' activities through monitoring and screen capturing.
- Overseeing, evaluating, and analysing partner Co-marketing endeavours to deliver outcome-oriented solutions that optimize budget allocation against predefined business and ROI targets.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and agencies to identify opportunities and advocate for brand strategy enhancements based on tactical data insights.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Marketing Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within the telecommunications or related industry, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in managing and executing marketing campaigns, including coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing efforts, communicate effectively, and foster strong relationships.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analysing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Creative Thinking: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive results.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to achieve desired marketing outcomes while adhering to financial guidelines and constraints.
- Minimum of 5 years or experience in Marketing.
- Fluent in English. Arabic speaking is a plus.
- Telecom Operators background is preferred.
- Experience in UAE or GCC countries is an advantage.
