**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to bring in new clients and properties for management. This is a top priority for this role and vital to our expansion strategy.
- **Property Management**: Oversee daily operations related to property management, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and rent collection.
- **Business Development**: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients, utilizing marketing, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to leverage opportunities for growth.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance, client acquisition activities, and business development progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
