Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.

Data Management
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation related to company operations.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required by management.

Office Coordination
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes when necessary.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
