**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative for our Specialty Chemicals Division, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our groundbreaking products to the market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales by developing relationships with potential clients across our target sectors, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the building & facilities, foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, and retail industries.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and solutions as needed.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the division's growth and success.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer feedback.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the target industries (building & facilities, foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, and retail) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
