**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and arrange administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in the preparation and management of documents and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Handle all government and legal formalities related to visas, labor contracts, work permits, and company registrations.
- Liaise with government entities, including immigration, labor departments, and other regulatory bodies to ensure company compliance.
- Represent the company at various events and meetings as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar dual role (Admin/PRO) within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and government relations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
