- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for various business requirements.
- **Support Services**:

- Provide general support to visitors and handle inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

**Public Relations Duties**:

- **Government Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between the company and government authorities.
- Process all types of visas, including employment visas, trade license, residence visas, and visit visas, in a timely manner.
- Ensure the company's compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and handle paperwork for permits, licenses, and approvals.
- Submit and collect documents in various free zones, government agencies, embassies, and banks.
- Stay informed about updates in labor laws, immigration policies, and other relevant regulations.
- Ensure all legal and contractual documents are accurate and properly filed.
- Send notifications regarding required documentation for trade license renewals, office lease renewals, and establishment card renewals.
- Coordinate and schedule processes related to the Emirates Identity Authority for issuing Emirates ID cards, working with internal and external departments.
- Coordinate and schedule visa medical procedures with internal and external departments.
- Track the expiry dates of employee residency documents and ensure timely renewals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in administrative and public relations roles, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, knowledge of GDRFAD, MOHRE and government protocols.
- Must have driving license.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Admin: 1 year (required)
- PRO( UAE labor laws, GDRFAD, MOHRE and government protocols): 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English, Arabic(optional) (preferred)
