We’re searching for a Revenue Optimization Executive who is responsible to maximize the hotel’s revenue and profitability by developing and implementing strategies that optimize room rates, occupancy level and other revenue generating opportunities.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Prepares for weekly revenue meeting with reports and suggestions to maximize revenue in the outlets. Work closely with Director of Revenue in preparing weekly forecast for F&B outlets and C&E
- Using the tools provided (i.e. ResPak, NetvuPoint) and in compliance with the IHG standards, maintains, updates and shares information in the areas required, capture ratios, menu engineering, C&E meeting space allocation.
- Monitor competitor pricing, understands the dynamic of local market and the demand generators, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Implementing up selling in the outlets to maximize revenue.
- Under the supervision of the Director of Revenue co-ordinate the preparation of the Departmental annual budget and work to achieve the budget by monitoring and controlling the departmental operations, considering revenue and expenditure.
- Ensure the F&B reservations team is fully aware and comply with up selling techniques to maximize revenue
- On an ongoing basis, control and analyze revenue trends to ensure performance against budget/market trends; implementing corrective measures where necessary to produce positive business results
- Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements

What We need from you:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel and be passionate about Revenue Management and its implementation in all aspects of the business
- Must have a strategic mindset and able to think critically
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
