**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create, define and execute of Business sales strategy
- Develop key resources in sales to take on bigger roles in other markets
- Drive Operational excellence
- Ensure Sales Staff have the tools to deliver executional excellence
- Form strategic partnerships with key customers for winning and outperformance
- Delivering top-line and PNL ambitions for the company
- Creating win -wins for the RB and customers through complex negotiations
- Drive teams to build capabilities to give RB an edge over competition
- Sales Director is responsible for the overall functional management of the department and leadership of all the sales activities of the sales function.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Organizational Leadership and Team Management capability
- Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkages
- Planning & Monitoring: Leads the development of sales plan for own market, in line with global & regional strategic direction
- Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
