**ABOUT THE FUNCTION**

The Area Operations function is responsible to maintain a very detailed summary of daily/weekly duties including all changes/problems/complaints and correspondence, follow up on all activities and respond to all issues of locations with no delay.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- 05-08 years of experience of Valet operations experience.
- Degree from a recognized University in Hospitality is preferred.

**PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST**
- Day to day operations for a designated area that contains multiple locations.
- Carryout spot-checks and fiscal audits following the given guidelines and processes.
- Resolve issues or on-site complaints.
- Handle on location accident/incident.
- Consult with Clients/ location Management to identify problems, develop improvements, create and maintain quality standards.
