**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Channel Manager, MENA to focus on our Otrum product, gaining in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, pricing structure and go to market plans. As Uniguest continues to grow both organically and via acquisitions, there is a corresponding and growing need to grow our sales team into further regions. This position will be responsible for the development and execution of go to market plans of allocated partners, maintaining and expanding allocated partner base in relation to the Company’s partner strategy.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Recruit, manage and develop Major Accounts according to the company strategy in the Middle-East, accelerating the sales potential and expanding the pipelines of Otrum’s Partners.
- Providing comprehensive weekly sales forecasts, pipeline projections, loss reviews and budgets for regional Partner areas, and giving input into business model.
- Supporting the local sales processes of Otrum partners - forecast, pipeline, negotiation and quote handling.
- Creating business cases based on in-depth knowledge of the Partner and their territories.
- Ensuring that Partners perform to Otrum standards (SLA), through development of their technical and operational knowledge.
- MAP the resources within the partner and potential GAPs in sales, marketing and technical training.
- Identify demand generating activities and associated marketing investment to increase pipeline, including ROI on the selected activities.
- Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
- Make sure the partners follow partner support procedure (ticketing tool).

**Experience & Skills**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and experience of remote working.
- Organised and thorough approach to selling.
- Motivated to repeatedly achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
- Ability to represent the company when meeting and speaking to our customers and partners.

**Required Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in complex sales cycle role.
- Proven track record in the AV/IT industry and hospitality sales.
- Ability to travel to customers sites on a weekly basis, as and where is required.
