**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Operations & Revenue Manager to oversee our service operations and service contract management in the Photocopier Multifunction Printer (MFP) industry. The role involves ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing service contracts, and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient service processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Service Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day service operations, including technical support, maintenance, repairs, and installations of photocopiers and MFPs.
- Ensure service requests and inquiries are addressed promptly and in adherence to agreed service levels and quality standards.

**2. Service Contract Administration**:

- Manage service contracts, including contract renewals, extensions, and negotiations, to meet client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop and customize service contract proposals based on customer requirements.

**3. Customer Relationship and Satisfaction**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their service needs, resolve issues, and proactively address concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**4. Team Leadership and Training**:

- Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the team is well-equipped, motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality service to customers.

**5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor service performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for senior management to evaluate and improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse data to identify trends, potential areas of improvement, and opportunities for operational enhancement.

**6. Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that service operations adhere to established standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct audits to assess compliance with service standards and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of min.12 years in office equipment industry with 5 years in service management within the Photocopier MFP industry Ricoh or HP or related technology sector.
- Strong understanding of service operations, contract management, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in analysing service performance data and implementing improvements.
- Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.

**Position -** Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

**Salary** - AED 15,000/

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 per month
